Paris Cookbook Fair 7 - 11 March 2012

Following the 2011 success, Paris Cookbook Fair adds one more day in 2012. There will three days strictly reserved for professionals, to respond to the strong demand for foreign rights meetings, followed by two days for the public during the weekend. It will be an opportunity for our foreign visitors to enjoy Paris after three days of business. There will be more trade meetings, more chefs demonstrations, more book presentations, more wine tastings at the international bar, more conferences and round tables, as well as new scheduling and space arrangement. The invited country will be announced shortly, as well as the yearly theme and product of the event.

See you soon!

PARIS COOKBOOK FAIR, a party mix (Edouard Cointreau)

To be succesful, a party has to be a mix of people from different backgrounds, environments and cultures. This is the driving concept of Paris Cookbook Fair, with a mix of publishers, authors, photographers, writers, chefs, stylists, printers, professors and students from over 50 countries, with many coming from outside Europe.

Paris Cookbook Fair is a feast, with chefs demonstrations at the international and French show kitchens, conferences, Malaysian tribal food, luxury cookbook binding, the wine pentathlon, the International Bar, the beer tastings, and much more.

It is also a business platform where professionals can meet at their stands or at the international rights center to conduct trade in an easy, pleasant environment with no stress. The objective is to make the Paris Cookbook Fair the hub of the cookbook business worldwide. Children books have the Bologna Book Fair, comics have Angoulême, cookbooks and wine books have now Paris.

Everyone comes for the same purpose. However the diversity of the offer and demand is such now that there is something different for everyone, in price, in content and in style. I hope that trade will meet pleasure.
